Valamji Rakhya Humbal is a well-educated Personality. He is a diploma in Mechanical engineers. His Political Career begins in the College day during his college days he was general secretary of the polytechnic college Adipur. He was very active in college days he was actively participating in all activities in colleges like NCC, Cricket, Chess, Volleyball Etc.
In Political and Social Career He is serving various organizations, institutions, and Social Organization Like Founder Chairman of Sarhad Dairy, Chairman Of APMC Anjar since 2003, General Secretory Of BJP, director Of GCMMF (AMUL), Executive Committee Chairman of KDCC Bank, etc.

At the Beginning of the Sarhad dairy establishment, the scenario of milk producers was very negative because of the last Milk union’s Liquidation. But slowly we have developed the milk producer’s faith in union and nowadays we are the largest organization in Kutch district in terms of the Employment.
Nowadays we can happily say that We already have a big success story in Sarhad Dairy. The ‘White Revolution’ was achieved not by ‘mass-production’ but ‘production by masses’. This helped small and marginal farmers to reap the benefit of economies of scale in marketing.
In the beginning, we have started with 14 Milk Cooperative Societies with 1600 Liter of milk Collection but nowadays because of the Milk Producers faith in Me and our Milk Union We are the largest employment generator in Kutch District. And I promise all our milk producers that I will always try my best to provide maximum benefits to milk producers by way of providing them the maximum price of their Milk with the production of milk with minimum cost.
